Ayurveda for a Better Life
Ayurveda is not only a method of treating diseases but a way of life, a science and an art. The planet needs some good people to expand this natural healing method to rejuvenate the life on earth and to restore its value. With the advancement in technology and emerging modern techniques, our culture, tradition and moral values are becoming endangered. It is not only the loss for humanity but for the mother earth, for the present as well as generations to come. Can we come together to stop all the adverse acts happening around us and stand for the right?
Numerous news and facts are spreading these days about the ill acts of the Saviors of Life. Where are the values lost? Why are we becoming like this? Is the immortal wealth is above life? Is it above the supreme soul? Is the humanity died? Is the selflessness, care, mercy, and wisdom does not remain anywhere? Is this called as the advancement?
Such questions are in the minds of majority of the population on earth, but while running in the race of life to be forward of all others, these are all being neglected and ignored intentionally. But, it is a try to remind all of you about the true and real values of life. Ayurveda and the Ayurvedic Principles are the need of the hour, as they do not only help in the elimination of physical health disorders, but also aids in the management of all other prospects of life. It enlightens the path mentally, emotionally, physically, emotionally as well as spiritually.
What is Ayurveda? Ayurveda is Nature.
There is a great need for Ayurvedic centers in the current era, as the modern medical system is failing to provide an effective treatment of all the diseases. Here, all the diseases refer to the overall sickness of an individual whether it is of mind, body, conscience or soul. It suppresses the symptoms, which further leads to the recurrence of disease / problem repeatedly. On the other hand, Ayurvedic methods of treatment, works on the root causes, symptoms and the body type of the person, due to which the treatment becomes more effective and the disease can be eliminated in a better way reducing the risk of recurrence.
Secondly, it is true that now the diseases are increasing at a higher rate, but if we go in the depth, the root cause of all the emerging diseases is our diet and lifestyle, we are going towards artificial resources and the natural resources are being endangered, whether it is the natural food, healthy lifestyle or other things. Ayurveda does not only provide the way of treatment but is the way of healthy living. With the increase of Ayurvedic Centers, people will again learn to grow and live naturally and will believe in prevention more than the treatment, which is always the basic principle of Ayurveda.
Ayurvedic Centers are not only the treatment centers or clinics, but these are the places where a person finds the real extract of nature and its benefits. The end users of the Ayurvedic centers can be any person, or we can say that it should be each and every individual who has lost their reality and essence of life. Currently, with the increasing demand and expansion of Ayurveda, people suffering from various chronic diseases visit Ayurvedic centers, when they do not get relief from other available options of Treatment. But, with the exaggeration of Ayurvedic Centers and well qualified Vaidyas, the Ayurvedic centers can be the places where people will learn the real and natural way of life, and choose it as priority for the treatment instead of the last option.
We only need to promote Ayurveda in all the general ways of promotion. With the advancement in technology, we already have a lot of options. The Ayurvedic treatment can be promoted fruitfully through all the social platforms as well as, online and offline ways of expansion. In the last decades, people are being more inclined towards the artificial ways of life and treatment, have lost their belief in Ayurveda. But now again, Ayurveda is emerging and restoring its value, so along with the Ayurvedic treatment, we primarily need to expand the knowledge of Ayurveda, and the way of life it provides.
If we need to explain which Ayurvedic treatment can be adopted to cure which disease, then it will be a really broad concept, but if we focus on the Ayurvedic principles, Ayurveda always gives priority to prevention rather than treatment. The basic principle of Ayurvedic treatment is to find the root cause of the disease and then to eliminate the symptoms appearing in different persons according to the constitution of their body which is called as Prakriti in Ayurveda. After finding it, Ayurveda treats a patient keeping in mind, its three pillars for successful results that are Aahar (Diet), Vihaar (Lifestyle) and Aushadhi (Herbs). Besides this, Ayurveda also includes treatment and prevention of the diseases with the use of some therapies that are categorized under Panchkarma.
All the herbs and natural sources that are used in the Ayurvedic treatment are not only for external application but should have the internal objectives too.
As we all know and believe that this whole universe is prepared with the basic five elements and so is the human. On an addition, nature is always with us to support us in any situation, the need is just to value its gifts and its existence. Nature is considered as the mother of all living creatures and the supreme soul is father.
The whole universe is their family. Like a normal family, where the mother creates the home, cares for all, take care of the needs of her children and can take any risk to safeguard her children against problems, but when it comes to teaching she is the first and foremost teacher, similarly the nature does for all the living beings on earth.
Live in Harmony with Nature and restore the Natural Moral Values to have a better future and existence ahead, before it is too late.
So, let us love our mother nature whole heartedly, support and strengthen it to always bless us all with the best as per our needs. No extra efforts are required for this, just a little care, love and respect. The results will be outstanding and the earth will be a better place to live not only for us but for the next generations too.
Utilizing the learning of Past,
To plan a Better Future..
Always provides a Beautiful Present!!
